Strategic location. Unfortunately the application with the hotel is not compact. Order single bad. Room AC and warm water can be double bad using a fan. There is no qibla direction.

The floor has never been mopped. The room feels like the bathroom is on the bed. The TV only has 2 colors (it's broken), there's no hot water. Many dark alleys, lack of light. But it's pretty early in the morning to get tea and coffee.

50Rb for a 2-bed room without air conditioning, but there is a fan and the bathroom also has a bit of a scary aura . I think it's really worth it for 50 thousand to get a hotel near the toll road instead of sleeping in the rest area, right?

Very disappointed, the 3 day reservation was said not to match the price. Well, who set the price, why did they even say the price was not appropriate. Ordered rooms that use AC instead want to be given a fan. I don't come here anymore, not really recommended.

Please correct the information provided in the application. The price listed in the application is much different from the actual price. The price of 90,000 per night in the written application includes ac facilities, but it turns out that this is not the actual fact. The price of 90,000 per night is only for fan facilities and in the room there is no exhaust or window so there is good air circulation. So, I was asked to add if I wanted ac for 80,000 per night. Then, there was an argument between me and the hotel receptionist. Finally, the receptionist asked for an additional 50,000 per night, so for an air-conditioned room 90,000 + 50,000 (not including breakfast, no tissue, no water cooker, no hot water and plain water, bathroom looks not clean, tv available old model tv size 14 inches) because I was annoyed, I finally changed the train schedule. Initially I had 3 nights (3 July, 4 July, 5 July, 6 July 2022) at this hotel, but I only had 2 nights. On July 5, 2022 I checked out at 2 am and took the train on July 5, 2022 at 5 am. For information, so that in the future there will not be the same incident as what I experienced at this Dewi Hotel. Through this article, I hope that improvements will be made as appropriate so that I as a consumer/customer do not feel cheated or even become a victim of invalid information/information that does not match the actual facts. 1. There is an additional fee of 50 thousand when you want to check at the reception on the grounds that the price sold is travelled, it doesn't match the offline price. 2. Bed rooms are not good, many pie beds are already protruding.

Very spacious hotel. Great street location and easy to find. Spacious parking. Old building but well maintained. Rooms of various classes. Order via the application using AC, but it turns out that you can't get the AC one, and it seems to bounce, meet the others, if you come here, get ready for mosquito repellent lotion.

This is the first time checking in at the hotel does not match the application. In the picture there is air conditioning but when we come to the place we are told to add 50k money, the staff, the staff is not friendly, the service is not satisfactory, we check in and pay, the impression is that we are not appreciated as guests. I'm really sorry, I'm really disappointed that the hotel is quiet like a haunted house.
