Worst experience, when you have booked and paid for 2 rooms, only 1 is ready. Furthermore, if you book from the application, you don't get mineral water. What's worse, you are asked to upgrade the room for 50 thousand per room, the AC is not cold, the room smells musty, the sheets are dirty and make you itchy, and the service is also unfriendly. My advice, don't want to stay here again.

Facilities okay. Cold AC. Smooth water. Just a suggestion, if you want to stay overnight, just bring your own sheets to make it more comfortable. Overall okay.

Even the towels that are used for bathing get lipstick on and are already fined 50 thousand. If it can't be dirty, don't give it to guests. Just make it emotional. It sucks to see the receptionist.

Kecewa berat, pelayanan tidak ramah, kamar jorok, ada tambahan biaya 16000 per malam, katanya untuk bayar pajak daerah tanpa ada keterangan tertulis, KTP asli di tahan selama kami menginap (baru pertama dalam hidup saya) mohon perhatian dari pihak OYO, saya adalah tamu yang loyal dengan properti OYO dan sering menginap di hotel, AC kamar tidak dingin, dan yang paling parah nya. Ketika kami check out, langsung di vonis handuk hotel ada noda kuning akibat perbuatan kami, dan kami di kenakan charge 50.000. Bagi teman-teman yang mau memilih di tempat ini harap di pikirkan kembali, sebelum terjadi keributan. Di mana owner nya juga ada di reseption ketika kami di vonis mengotori handuk oleh petugas receptionist. Bukannya menanyakan apa persoalan yang terjadi tapi malah ikut menyudutkan kami dan terkesan membiarkan pertugas tersebut meng- charge kami.

The room is a bit damp because it lacks ventilation and there are no windows, and it is not soundproof so outsiders can hear clearly, plus they don't get blankets, the pillows are black and smelly. The corners of the bathroom have a lot of mold. Lots of hair on the floor like it wasn't cleaned.

The room is like the one in the bathroom, too stuffy with no ventilation. The bathroom is not good, and the most annoying morning the hotel staff is very noisy, very annoying, the rooms are not very soundproof.
