From the start, I had a bad feeling about this accommodation. As soon as I arrived, they asked for another 25,000 rupiah because the app price was cheaper than the offline price. Well, if the app really did take a cut, where's the loss? It was strange to want to get angry, but it was already late at night, dealing with an employee who... The room was dirty, the sheets were so dirty that they made my body itch. They didn't give me towels, they said they wouldn't come until 12 midnight. Are we not supposed to sleep just waiting for towels?

When I entered, the sheets were stained and yellow. I already smelled of cigarettes. I had to pay an additional 29,000 Rupiah upon arrival. There was a 100 Rupiah deposit. Think twice before staying here.

Try checking in here, it's not bad, they don't ask for cash anymore, they say it's for other expenses, but when I checked in, I was disappointed, the receptionist was rude, there was no smile, and what surprised me was that she said that the towels were late when I arrived, when did she answer, I don't know, maybe at night or in the morning. Hello... Sir, you can't prepare everything, the condition of the place is quite crowded because some rooms are under repair, the rooms are not soundproof

There is a deposit payment at check in of Rp.100,000,.00. For the friendly and kind female receptionist staff. There is a parking lot for motorbikes inside and is locked using an access code updated every 12 midnight. Toiletries such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes and drinking water are not provided, only towels are provided. So for those who stay, prepare to bring your own. The cleanliness of the room and toilet is a little lacking.

When I arrived I was immediately asked to pay the remaining 11 thousand, it was not a problem, but this was the first time I was asked to pay. There were lots of small cockroaches, even after the spray and camphor were used up, they were still there. The AC was not cold, the toilet door was broken, the shower was broken, the blanket and bedsheets had lots of cigarette holes and stains, and the pillows had lots of hair.

service is okay, for this type of room the room size is too small, the mattress is just stuck, there is no space, it is not comfortable, the mattress has been uncomfortable for a long time, it hurts a bit to break in the middle, the sheets are a bit dirty with hair spots, the bathroom is dirty with moss so it smells, there is only 1 towel, no soap and drinking water

The check-in experience did not match my expectations, the room was stuffy and the water didn't work, there was AC but it was hot, the sheets were yellow and the pillows were the same, there was no soap provided, the room was stuffy, I checked in at 2 pm, came back and checked out at 3 pm, the room was stuffy and uncomfortable, looked for another hotel.
