The hotel was not comfortable for us to stay. Sorry to say. The water was turned off at 2 am, so if you need to go to the toilet, be prepared. We asked for a non-smoking room, but in fact the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was noisy, besides being close to passing traffic, many guests talked until late at night, disturbing sleep. There were no facilities such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, soap. Don't expect it. This is an honest review and for the good of this hotel. In my opinion, this is not worthy of being called a hotel.

There is no breakfast but you can request hot tea. And later you can give enough money. The guard is quite friendly. The mattress is not soft enough. The room feels damp. The AC is not cold enough. But the place is close to many foods/drinks. Indomaret Point is open 24 hours. Near mixue too. And many other bakeries.

I experienced terrible traffic and diversions, so I checked in past 9pm. The hotel staff was very unfriendly and said all the rooms were full. Only the ones in the front on the lower floor were available. The TV was not on. When I asked about it, the staff casually said that it was not working properly. Without any hand gesture or anything. And when I decided to go to bed, oh my, the atmosphere was really very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep all night. It was so noisy. Because it was right on the edge of the highway. For the price I got, I should have received fairly comfortable facilities. At least quiet. I didn't ask for anything else. Because on the first night I stayed, oh my, the music was very loud. At 2:44 in the morning. It's just that in terms of location, it's very, very strategic. Easy to find food and close to a minimarket.

Secara keseluruhan baik, lokasi strategis, pelayanan baik tapi yang menjadi perhatian dan peningkatan mutu adalah kondisi air dimana airnya mengalir pelan dan jika sudah pukul 24.00 win airnya di berhentikan dan jika mau pakai air di waktu itu harus hubungi penginapan.

Saat pesan di aplikasi, fasilitas tertera ada kamar mandi di dalam Kamar. Sampai di hotel, ternyata kamar mandi di luar kamar dan bahkan kamar mandi luarnya di dekat area parikiran. Di sampaikan pihak hotel, kalau mau kamar mandi di dalam kamar, harus nambah lagi biayanya. Sangat tidak jujur.

1. Air di kamar mandi dimatikan mulai jam 2 pagi, baru di nyalakan setelah penjaga bangun dan baru bangun sekitar jam 5.30 pagi.(air salah satu hal yang penting). 2. Area parkir hanya cukup 2 mobil, sehingga mobil harus terparkir di pinggir jalan lintas. Posisi hotel pas ditinkungan. Untuk facilitas di dalam kamar sudah sesuai dengan tarifnya. Untuk pelayanan penjaganya cukup membantu. Untuk saat ini saya tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini. Mohon maaf sebelumnya, ini review jujur saya untuk kemajuan penginapan ini ke depannya. Semoga point satu bisa lebih diperhatikan.

When the sheets first arrived the sheets were damp and smelly. At that time, when I asked for a change, I was only given a pillowcase. The TV doesn't turn on, the reason is because it's not plugged in. At 3 o'clock in the evening the water is no longer on, so if you need it in the middle of the night it's difficult. The room was right next to the bathroom, there was water seeping from the wall under the bathroom into the room. Anyway, that's enough here.

On the day of arrival we didn't check in right away, because we had to stop by the family's house who had been waiting for us since the morning. The hotel called at 15.00wib, then we told us that we would check at 19.00wib, the room downstairs was given on request because I was with 2 elderly parents, unfortunately there was no breakfast, the aqua dispenser was not in it, towels were given without soap and a toothbrush, on the last day there was another guest whose car alarm was so sensitive that it sounded many times a night at the parking lot in front of my room window, luckily the next morning we checked out. The receptionists are friendly and like to help. Good luck.
