the message on this application came to the rain and was immediately rejected by the hotel staff on the grounds that they had terminated their cooperation with the application but my money could not be returned and was still taken by the hotel. I looked for another lodging so there have been many victims who have ordered through the application and were immediately rejected on the spot

It is highly not recommended to book a room here, especially online, book a trip for 103 thousand, when you get there there is an additional 150 thousand and there is no clear explanation and use. There are people who cheat to take advantage of the situation. Bad very bad! As a result, the room was not used so it didn't check in because the system was not clear. If you are not competent to work with online booking apk, it's better not to. Next time, be honest, don't like to make people lose. Really disappointed!

Saya tidak akan pernah menginjakkan kaki lagi di oyo 1191 monalisa residense & cafe. Saya tidak jadi menginap, karena tempatkan sangat jorok, menjijikkan, sampah berserakkan di mana-mana. Kamar yang dikasihkan untuk saya, dindingnya banyak coretan² lipstik, seperti tempat lokalisasi saja! Sayang sekali saya tidak mengambil fotonya. Kondisi hotel sudah seperti itu pun, baik travel agen maupun owner nya, sampai sekarang belum mau mengembalikan uang saya. Saya tahu waktu booking tertulis un-refundable, tapi saya kan tidak menyangka bahwa juga bermitra dengan hotel/penginapan yang tidak layak huni. Begitu pun dengan pihak OYO, semua sama saja, bermitra dengan hotel yang tidak layak huni.
