The staff is very unfriendly, I complained but was answered curtly and with impolite language. I complained about the staff's bad language but I was fought back in front of my eyes, what kind of staff is that? Please for those who have children read this! My child was noisy and was reprimanded many times, are there children who are quiet for 24 hours, do you have children?! For the price of 170k it is not worth it, no drinking water is provided, there is no dispenser either, the AC is hot, complaining about the hot AC is blamed by the staff, because the room door is always opened and closed, they say. Seriously. I will never want to stay here again!

Everything is good and good, the service is satisfied. All the workers are good. There is a TV too, the AC is not cold. But I wasn't satisfied because the trash can in room 209 was full and the sheets were dirty and itchy so I couldn't sleep.

1. Just arrived and immediately dropped off our suitcases and other things because we wanted to find parking, but until we got out of the car, the goods weren't picked up, we just left them on the side of the road, even though there were several male employees there, including a security guard. 2. The small room does not match the photo. 3. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed tightly, there was no lock, the tap water was yellow and even the toilet flush water was like milo 🤮. 4. There is no mineral water or amenities. 5. Lastly, while staying at any new hotel, after checking out you are not allowed to leave your belongings for a while at the reception, the reason is because there is no space, even though you just want to take the car for a while at the repair shop. Give up, don't want to come back again. Not recommended.

I don't know what to say, when I first arrived the first impression was good. The staff is friendly. The reception room is cool with AC. However, when we want to check in, we have to wait for almost half an hour. And not only me. There were 3 other guests. My room is on the 3rd floor, when I entered the room I was a little disappointed, the walls of the room were moldy. The bathroom is a bit cramped. But there is a shower and sink. The security guard was also good, my suitcase was brought up and at checkout he wanted to take it down too. But for those who are just looking for sleep, it's worth that price.

Everything went smoothly when checking in and checking out the professional reception served customers and other staff/employees, just like being at home, the only suggestion is room 210 key slot from inside the room to be repaired so that it is comfortable if locked from the inside without having to use a key, highly recommend places like if you visit Medan you will return with a longer stay, success Vania Resicide & online agent 👍.
