just thought of taking this photo when it was raining heavily until it leaked.. so far the staff is friendly and nice, but the room is not so good, when I arrived the sheets smelled of urine, I ended up asking for a change.. the bathroom is not very clean, the toilet flush requires patience, the toilet mirror is blurry, the AC cannot be adjusted. considering the price is under 100k what can I expect? but if possible it would be fixed, it's a shame considering the people staying there are also quite crowded..

The toilet is dirty, the bathroom floor is also very bad, it's mandatory to upgrade the bathroom floor. For mattresses and AC rooms, it's still worth it, it's just that there is no glass so it's hard to decorate.

I checked in via Traveloka with a payment system upon arrival, but by CS we were rejected on the grounds that the hotel was full and the remaining 2 rooms we took through were being renovated. We relented by looking for other lodging, still using the hotel search system via Traveloka. However, a few days later, my CC was still cut off to stay at an inn we never stayed in.

At the beginning of entering the bathroom it smells of urine and the air conditioner has been turned on for a day but it is still not cold, toiletries are only towels for soap and others, there is only a place but there is no content, also drinking water is not provided

The jutek receptionist has no welcome greeting at all, very very annoying. In the room there are no toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush and towels, the bathroom is a bit dirty. room floor smashed, AC cold. Please fix it! thanks.
