Blackout conditions in the city of Makassar. Generator facilities are only able to turn on the room lights. The air conditioner and elevator are off, so I have to go up the room on the 4th floor to go up the stairs. My baby cries of heat. I request cancel and refund is not served by the hotel. Very, very disappointed and very, very dissatisfied with this service.

The rooms are quite spacious with a clean bathroom. This hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay in the shopping center area and like the extensive food court because it is only about 70 meters from the biggest food court center in Makassar City
