Hotel Puriartha Ubud

OK location, OK staff, only the room size is a bit small compared to hotels in its class. In-room facilities are also very limited. There is no water cooker.

I had a nice stay at Hotel Puriartha. The room was very comfortable and clean and convenient location too. The staff were lovely. The rooftop was under renovation however and was closed sadly. But overall, it is great value for money:).

Kamar kecil, tapi untuk bantal dan bed-nya empuk banget, AC juga dingin. Dapat kamar yang akses langsung ke kolam renang. Ada jemuran handuk, tidak ada sandal kamar, tidak ada teko air dan kopi/teh. Staff ramah, parkir kecil. Kemarin menginap 2 orang dewasa dan 1 anak usia 10 tahun kena charge person. Tidak mencoba sarapan, karena pesan room only.

Hotel on the edge of the Madebee highway with a beautiful atmosphere, easy access, but the network for the smart TV in the room is not good. There is a pool big enough for swimming.

The room is small, towels are not replaced every day. Bringing an 11 year old child will be charged again.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Great location. Super comfortable room next to the swimming pool. Return definitely return.

Hotel mengecewakan, fasilitas air panas mati di hari ke 2 dan ke 3, airnya juga keruh berwarna cokelat & berbau tanah. Saya komplain ke hotel tidak ditanggapi, kemudian setelah saya laporkan ke aplikasi di hari ke 4 baru kemudian ditanggapi & air panas langsung nyala lagi & airnya menjadi bening. Wifi di hotel ini sangat lambat, hampir tidak jalan, sehingga saya kesulitan mengerjakan pekerjaan saya. Payahnya lagi, tv di kamar bergantung pada sinyal wifi & hanya dapat mengakses youtube, akhirnya tidak dapat digunakan karena sinyal wifi yang jelek. Staf resepsionisnya juga banyak bohong & berbohong terus untuk menutupi kebohongan-kebohongan sebelumnya. Di hari ke 2, kartu akses kamar kami tidak dapat digunakan, padahal kami menginap untuk 4 hari, sehingga kami harus wira-wiri ke respesionis untuk meminta kartu akses yang baru. Lucunya lagi saat kami bertanya siapa yang setting kartu kami saat check in ke resepsionis yang bernama Yanti yang kebetulan saat itu sedang jaga, resepsionis tersebut menjawab bahwa yang menyetting kartu kami adalah staf yang bernama Kadek, padahal setelah kami check sebenarnya staf yang bernama Kadek adalah security jaga malam yang baru bekerja 1 bulan & tidak dapat mengakses sistem pada meja resepsionis, namun sayangnya malah dijadikan kambing hitam. Kami juga sempat meminta pada resepsionis yang bernama Rai untuk dipertemukan dengan owner hotel, namun staf tersebut mengatakan bahwa owner hotel telah kembali ke Jakarta, padahal kami diberi tahu oleh salah satu staf hotel yang jujur di hotel itu bahwa owner masih belum kembali ke Jakarta & salah satu owner (Audrey) hotel saat itu sedang beristirahat di lantai 2, apalagi liburan akhir tahun baru dimulai, jadi tidak mungkin para owner hotel sudah kembali ke Jakarta di tanggal 27 Desember. Seandainya saat itu kami dipertemukan dengan owner hotel & mendapatkan jawaban langsung dari beliau, maka kami tidak akan mereview di sini, karena komplain kami sudah dicover oleh owner hotel langsung, namun sayangnya staf resepsionis menghalangi kami bertemu dengan owner Hotel Puriartha Ubud yang saat itu kebetulan sedang berada di Bali. Untungnya pihak agen online cukup tanggap dalam menangani komplain pelanggan, sehingga permasalahan dapat sedikit teratasi. Terima kasih kepada agen online.

The rooms are okay, let alone take a pool view, only the TV channels are only Nexus and YouTube, there is no local TV.

Quite okay w the price only my son cant sleep because of mosquito..

Should have installed photos according to price. Do not after until just explained that the price can be a corner room with no window or balcony. I think it's quite disappointing. More manageable photos. That's not fair. Thanks.

A hotel that is quite comfortable, can relax quietly. The rooms that have direct balconies, the swimming pool is very nice, the price is quite cheap, the service is friendly.

We stay in a room directly access to the pool. Pool is nice with garden surrounding. Location is near to the main attraction in Ubud, just walking distance. Nice restaurants, museums, galleries and groceries around. Staff are very helpful and friendly, always smiling. Will be back for sure

Overall good. but probably I would expect a bigger room with the price tag

Empathy receptionis are lacking, children are charged extra for the convenience of guests but there are no extra beds, breakfast is rationed, rooms are small, restrooms without doors, TV can only function if the WiFi signal is good (reality is not good), A good property of rooms is still sparkling like a smile, the freight attendant is patient and smiles cheaply.
