Check-in was quick and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough to rest. The facilities provided were complete and well-functioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the breakfast. The menu was quite varied, ranging from traditional to modern dishes, with delicious flavors and consistent quality. The restaurant area was also clean and comfortable, perfect for starting the day on a pleasant note.

Overall, the Santika Tasikmalaya was good. I was just disappointed with the price. The room lacked a mini fridge, the safe was broken, and there were few power outlets for chargers. Bathroom amenities were minimal, with no shelves in the shower for personal items. There were very few mats, and the lack of carpeting made it a bit damp. The staff wasn't very helpful when guests arrived with suitcases. However, when requested over the phone, they came to carry them. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

I was disturbed by a loud noise in the early hours of the morning. I reported it to the front desk, and they responded quickly with supporting information. The good news is that the hotel's location is very strategic, surrounded by culinary spots, banks, and fashion stores. It's especially close to the Grand Mosque and the town square.
