The room is very spacious, quite clean and cool, no need to turn on the AC because it is very cold at night. The only small input in room 512 where I stayed was the sound of the cupboard when opening/closing it was quite noisy, otherwise it was very comfortable and satisfying.

The rooms are quite comfortable, but cleanliness sometimes needs to be improved. The superior and deluxe rooms do not have air conditioning. You get entrance tickets to tourist attractions and free breakfast.

All staff are friendly and very helpful during your stay there. The downside is that the selecta recreation area is limited to 1 entry only. So once you return to the hotel you can't enter the recreation area anymore.

The view outside the hotel is nice, the room is spacious, suitable for families. The room environment is clean. The drawback is that many of the cabinets are broken and cannot be used. Some rooms do not have chairs in the room, I happened to book more than 1 room. A little far from the center of Batu city, about 8 km. The staff are all friendly, informative, there is free entry to Selecta too.
