The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the reception. The most useless thing is the security. Vehicles entering and leaving are just left and right, just sitting there looking like the CCTV is on. Other than that, the hotel staff and the hotel are fine. (Security)

Check-in was easy. The hotel staff was very friendly. I was assisted by Mr. Ari, who was always ready to help with all my room needs. Every day we were offered to change the sheets or towels, but we chose not to because we felt it was still clean. Trash was picked up every time; if there was a lot, it could be put outside and immediately collected. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a window facing the street, so the kids really enjoyed looking outside. Mineral water was available in the room. It was very sufficient. The hot water was great. The Wi-Fi was fast, both in the room and in the lobby. The prayer room was clean, and there was a bathroom. There was also a public toilet. There was a welcome drink on Saturdays. I will stay here again if I go to Bandung. Worth it.
