Hotel Sindang Heula Abah

The hotel is old but ok for a one day stay. Staying here feels like staying in a hotel from the 90s. But the atmosphere is extraordinarily good and serene. 😊.

There was no water in the toilet. Extremely difficult situation and we have to check out. People at the desk told us to wait for water, how can we wait for toilet. If basic ammeneties are absent then I think they should not run it as a hotel.

Please clean someone else's bed linen from someone else cleaning / replacing it with a new one if a new guest enters, plastic contraception lying on the mattress, pillow smells of someone else's ...

The room is not sunny, damp, neglected by a scary impression, sleep feels restless, the child always cries in the middle of the night.

Enough with the cheap price.

Simple and modest hotel I got ever

The front office was not friendly at first. We ordered plus an extra bed but insisted on being given a double bed. Finally, I was insistent before being given a wooden room bungalow. It's cold The surrounding lodging conditions a lot of trees that bear fruit.

The accommodation looked excactly like the pictures, worth it for the price, but need refrigerator cooling the room

The facility was fair according to the price, the location was also nice. However, I felt very inconvenient at the first. I booked 3 rooms of bungalow for 6 persons with 1 extra bed in each room, and 1 standard room for 2. So when we arrived I asked for extra bed as written in the hotel voucher for bungalow rooms. However, the hotel didn't accommodate my request as I expected, even the extra beds written on the voucher clearly. They asked how much I paid for the hotel, and decided that my payment didn't cover the extra bed, and talked to me that agent didn't also confirm about it. I explained that the payment seemed cheaper, since I redeemed my points (about 150 K rupiahs). But the hotels did not listen to me, and asked me to contact agent. Although finally by agent support they provided the two extra beds, as a guest I felt disappointed already, since the hotel has not handled my request from the beginning, properly. Furthermore, the breakfast in bungalow rooms was not also for 6, but only for 4 persons. It didn't make me disappointed any more, since I have already known this hotel is not professional enough for this kind of things. They should more trust the guest that brought the hotel voucher!

The hotel is good but the facilities are less satisfying, for example a fan that sounds noisy makes it hard to rest. Maybe it's because of economy class, right? But the comfort in rest should be considered even if only if it is economical.

The inn is comfortable, the breakfast is the same as fried egg fried rice, it's pretty good, the hotel is spacious, the view is really beautiful.

Good enough, according to the price.

The accommodation looks like it was drawn, the environment is clean, the employees are friendly, but for econ mami they are not given breakfast, even though the offer says free breakfast.

Staffs show great care of visitors. I stayed when there was massive electricity blackout and they readily carried water in a big plastic container and provided candles to help us with basic needs. Price per night was also very very cheap. If there was no electricity issue I would say that this is the perfect place to spend your night. However, non smoking policy was not implemented so you found some other stayers smoked beside your room. They should arrange non smoking accommodation as well. The food is quite expensive but delicious. All in all great for value hotel. Thanks

This hotel has a beautiful view.

Cleanliness and comfort are good, but for economy-type hotel rooms you should still provide foot mats and prayer equipment.

The room was clean, for the cheapest price it was quite comfortable, there was warm water for bathing, there was no air conditioning but because the air was cold so it didn't matter. Free breakfast with egg fried rice, enough. If you eat at the restaurant, you will win! The instructions on the google map are awesome, so be careful not to follow them.

The room is like a boarding house, the lights are off, also from 2pm to 7pm the generator should be used, not satisfying
