If possible, provide a dispenser for cold and hot water. A hairdryer is also a must. Overall, it's nice and clean. The service is also very friendly. Keep improving.

Overall, it's clean and tidy. However, the refrigerator is dirty, and there are lots of ants in the granulated sugar. Suggestions: 1. The refrigerator needs to be checked and cleaned again before guests arrive. 2. Replace the sugar with sachets to prevent ants from swarming the toilet. Thank you.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The toilet is also clean. The shower gel is also very fragrant. It seems like it's the first time I've stayed at a hotel with a budget of 200 thousand, I got a liquid soap that smells really good. The hot water is also great ☺️ I will be a regular customer if I come to TA again, just stay here. The hotel is also close to everywhere, so I don't have to worry about finding food.

Something I rarely encounter anymore... but at Hotel Surakarta, they offer service that includes showing you to your room, opening and turning on the lights and electrical appliances. This is extraordinary! Awesome! KAI Station is nearby, and the food court is nearby. All staff are responsive and humble. Other things, like the "MCQ" (Multiple Choice Question) are okay! Recommended for the next time.

I was really satisfied with my stay here. All the hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The price was affordable, and the rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained. Don't hesitate to stay here. It's close to TA station and has lots of food stalls. It's top notch.

There is no pool and restaurant. The plug in the cmn 1 room is also far from the bed, the wifi is bad. The only thing that wins is the location, the ac and hot water work and the room cleanliness is quite good.
