I made a reservation and made payment online, when I was about to check in it turned out that the room (1 Suite & 1 Standard) that was booked was no longer available and a regular room with fan facilities was being offered, so who's to blame. Is it the application or the hotel?

I mengapun when Ramadan and said the hotel breakfast was replaced with iftar, but in fact nothing was provided .. better for the description of the room was written without breakfast rather than disappointing guests .. for the hotel is also strange, from the parking lot to the room quite far and past village road

According to price. fan (dirty), the pillow also seems to be unfit, the room is poorly organized, old TV. Far from the lobby and dirt road / sand to the room so that the suitcase was lifted on its own, breakfast was standard, fried rice + egg.
