Nginep di Villa Ucok sangat bagus cocok untuk yang mau menenangkan pikiran karena jauh dari keramaian, bersih, nyaman, ada petugas yang standby di tempat. Tapi TV, lantai perlu perbaikan. Untuk breakfast sangat buruk lokasi jauh dari villa, kotor, menu hanya sedikit, pegawai tidak ramah, tidak rapi & kurang sigap, tidak ada baby chair.

Minus night lighting, stingy breakfast really doesn't match the price, TV broadcasts on all channels zonk, wifi zonk aka can't be used & room cleanliness minus minus plus musty smell. This hotel only sells rooms on the shores of Lake Toba. This is the plus.

For increasingly expensive room rates, it is not a recommendation. Water likes to die, the room is still dirty. Food is also very expensive. Order food 2 hours later and then deliver, very disappointed with hotel service. Please improve again for the future.

Lokasi enak jauh dari pemukiman penduduk bikin tenang dan pelayanan di sini ramah dan helpful banget. Sedikit di sayangkan buat makanannya tidak terlalu lengkap dan minus ga ada bathrope nya so far good dapat view bukit + danau tobanya. Insyaallah kalo ke Medan akan mampir lagi Aamin.

Akomodasi untuk nyebrang bagus dan nyaman, cuman waktu nunggu nyebrang jam 2 baru berangkat disarankan yang luar daerah agar bisa nyampe hotelnya jangan terlalu cepat biar gak bosen nunggunya, hotelnya nyaman panjang buat kamu yang memang untuk quality time dengan keluarga cocok banget, ngilangin kebisingan kota.
