Stayed here for the Blackpink concert, the only hotel that was still available with a good price. So close to KRL station, and a lot of convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, the service was really good, although I had to call twice to ask for a towel and the AC took some time for it to cool down. But overall, everything’s good. The staff allowed us to checked in early because we needed to start getting ready at 13:00. There was also a smart TV with Youtube premium account, so we really enjoy our time staying at Victory Hotel. Thank you so much!

Very friendly and nice staff. Nice location. But sadly the room was VERY dirty. I changed the room, because the first one had a cockroach in it. I honestly don't understand why this place has such good ratings. I can't recommend. Also the walls are thin.

The room is as described, fast wifi, netflix can't be opened, Water Heater works, fast water, complete amenities, clean towels and mattresses, there are tea, coffee, water heater and glasses too, there is a small refrigerator, only one slipper, welcome drink is provided, elevator and room access uses a card. Close to the KRL station too.

Arrived too early to check in, the staff was very friendly, we were able to enter the room at 12 before check in time, the room was clean and modern, the renovation was still in progress in some parts, so far I definitely want to stay here again.
