Great hospitality and hygiene, new hotel (2019), located just beside the most prominent shopping mall in Pontianak, value for money. just for improvements: many of the important products they offered are not visible easily, such as rapid test antigen, car/driver rentals, etc. Those are very good products, but not informed to the customers.

Due to the arrival of our flight we were at the hotel at noon, Ms. Laila and Ms. Okta on the reception was very helpful in organizing my request. It’s a wonderful place to stay at the heart of the city. Highly recommend this hotel!

I really satisfied with the room and customer service. They provide fast response when I had problem with my room (air conditioner not working properly) then they gave me another room. Furthermore, this hotel is perfect for business travel.

The atmosphere is comfortable and not far from the city center shopping center, the environment is clean and beautiful, especially the staff are very friendly in providing service from the moment we enter the hotel until we leave the hotel, in short it is the best.

Although mostly the overall journey was OK, but I think improvement in your restaurant meal is required:
1. The most urgent one is the restaurant's ventilation. Every time I got out from breakfast, bad smell lingers in my clothes. This is inconvenient.
2. As people may have different taste in food, I think ibis can consider popular varieties for the dish.

Actually it's quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, the service is also good.
However, the room is still not soundproof, so the noise from the hallway is still clearly audible.
I got a room right across from the staff room, so it was quite disturbing to hear the sound of staff going in and out.

The staff service is very powerful for the comfort of hotel guests, the atmosphere is very calming in the hotel, the room conditions are also very clean, the wifi is also very fast and there are many variations of food, the prices are in accordance with what is served.

Although mostly the overall journey was OK, but I think improvement in your restaurant meal is required:
1. The most urgent one is the restaurant's ventilation. Every time I got out from breakfast, bad smell lingers in my clothes. This is inconvenient.
2. As people may have different taste in food, I think ibis can consider popular varieties for the dish.

Actually it's quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, the service is also good.
However, the room is still not soundproof, so the noise from the hallway is still clearly audible.
I got a room right across from the staff room, so it was quite disturbing to hear the sound of staff going in and out.
