A comfortable, old hotel located in the heart of Legian. Love the swimming pool surrounded by lush frangipani trees, and the rooms facing the pool. It makes swimming and sunbathing a comfortable experience. The rooms are large with king-size beds. Each room has a balcony, perfect for lounging and overlooking the pool.

My first time in Legian, usually stay in Kuta. It is an older hotel and the rooms definitely needs to be updated The layout was strange. Level 2 is on two different floors. To get to room 223 from room 222, you have to go up 2 flights of stairs, then down one flight. The pool was very cold for Bali. The pool bar does not have towels. You have to go to reception to get pool towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Th showers have only have a half glass pane, so the floor between the loo and vanity get wet. Overall it was a good stay

The hotel it nice enough but a little rough around the edges. Location is perfect. General cleanliness was ok and breakfast was pleasant. The bed in our room has seen better days and was soft. Ok for a short stay though. The pool was full sun in the morning and shaded by 3ish. It was very refreshing in temperature. The pool is crystal clean and well maintained. The decking around the pool is rotting in spots and is an injury waiting to happen. Not enough sun beds and not enough umbrellas. The spa services were well executed, but seriously who has a day spa without treatment chairs? We had to sit on a bench style seat for leg and foot treatments. We were also bitten by mosquitoes in the treatment rooms. We had a double massage and the girls talked/whispered over the top of us the whole time. So much for it being “us” time. They also had a constant conversation between themselves while doing our reflexology and leg massage. Weren’t we paying to relax and be peaceful? We went elsewhere for spa services after that and it was fabulous. The staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. They were lovely and deserve a five star. Would I stay here again, probably not.
