Highly recommended: the staff is helpful, the rooms are clean, there's hot water, and the amenities are complete. Breakfast is ready at 6:00, with plenty of options. The pool is kid-friendly, but the playground is still under renovation, so I haven't fully enjoyed it yet. Overall, it's a really nice place to stay while you're in Malang.

Perhaps you could inform customers that they can't enter the hotel via Ijen Nirvana. They wanted to go through Ijen Nirvana, but the security guard at the housing complex said they couldn't.
