We had a nice stay in intercontinental hotel. Our children love the pool near beach, my son go around the hotel by bicycle. Love the white sandy beach at back of the hotel. The service from the bell boy and the man who escort us to the lobby is nice, I forgot ask for his name. But I didn't like the service from the old lady facing the computer at the reception, I feel not comfortable with her, feel not welcome. But after we saw the nice and huge room, the nice view from the balcony, the cleanliness, and nice service from other employee, we like stayed here. We'll be back to intercontinental bali in the next visit.

The resort property is beautiful and a traditional Balinese style. Jimbaran beach is simply amazing, quite clean , and super smooth sand all the way into the ocean which makes entry and swimming fantastic. Very good dining options and quality of food. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

The property was in perfect condition and well maintained. A beautiful beachfront with plenty of restaurants and an excellent spa and fitness center. The rooms were well appointed and roomy. I would stay there again for a longer time frame.

Easy check in with courteous staff, welcome drink on arrival and escorted to our room promptly. Our garden view room was well appointed and very quiet. Dining options were varied and meals were well sized and delicious. The staff are friendly, attentive and eager to please - they made our stay so enjoyable and relaxed. The hotel is a beautiful place to spend time in Jimbaran Bay.

Beautiful hotel kept very clean and tidy at all times. Their biggest asset being their staff who were always warm and friendly and anxious to make sure we had a wonderful time. No request was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Only one criticism would be décor of room was a little dated and worn. Overall a great experience and we would love to return someday

The property was beautiful. Ocean view restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast buffet had so many choices. Room was in great condition. Couple other restaurants options in the resort. The resort was not located in tourism area, therefore was not very good looking area for walk around the resort. Just driving around the resort, didn’t see any nice restaurants or shopping places. So, we had to get taxi to go to other areas.
