It was a truly enjoyable vacation experience, with complete and comfortable facilities, and the entire staff being incredibly friendly and warm. The water sports were enjoyable, and we never got bored. Keep up the good work at Jamboo Kingdom. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfect for a staycation with kids, as it offers plenty of play facilities. The highlight is the water park, which features a large pool with plenty of inflatables and a wave pool, which opens at 9 a.m. So much fun! There's an outdoor playground on the 3rd floor, with stunning views, especially at dusk and sunrise. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious food, including cereal, cakes, pudding, fruit, and salads for kids. I stayed in a spaceship room with a large bed. In front of the hotel, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., there's an ATV ride and a hangout spot for snacks and meals. There's also a Deer Garden where you can feed the deer. There's also a mosque next door if you want to pray Friday prayers. Jamboo Kingdom is awesome! All in one package for a family staycation ❤️

The process from arriving at the gate, unloading your stuff, looking for parking (basement is enough, or outside near the park I think), checking in, taking the elevator using the same access card as the room access card, to opening the room door, wow, fresh (the AC has been turned on by the hotel beforehand I think). Overall, it was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. Hotel guests have free access to the ATV across from the hotel, and the water park (in the hotel area). The water park especially, hahahhaa, my kids really like it. There is no swimming pool here, there is a wave pool, with quite a few gazebos to relax while waiting for those who are playing in the water, water slides from the ones that go around and are quite high, to the ones that are quite gentle, there are 3-4 in total if I'm not mistaken. REALLY, this hotel pampers kids with its water park. There are also cup noodles at the entrance to the water park. What's lacking? (you have to pay for the noodles) It's a nice experience.

- The first experience of staying at this hotel with family was quite exciting and fun because there is a waterpark - The only thing that is a PR is maybe for the room facilities, a jet shower/hand shower can be added in the bathroom, because for families who bring children <2 years old, it is quite a hassle to bathe/wash the children - Then for the restaurant food menu/breakfast menu, more variations can be added, because it's a shame that the hotel costs 1 million but the food menu is only a little. Overall... it was really fun staying here, hopefully we can come back another time 🥰

The hotel staff were all friendly and informative, from security and reception to the pool and restaurant. The entire hotel was clean and well-equipped with no damage. The food was varied and delicious. It's kid-friendly, with a water park (towels provided), ATVs, and deer feeding.

The breakfast variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was 7/10. For paying 2 million Rupiah, perhaps the waterpark was a bit of a challenge, so the breakfast was basic. For dinner, I couldn't order food at the restaurant because my husband was cooking for someone else, even though we were already seated. Other than that, the location, cleanliness, interior, and waterpark were all great and fun. Overall, 10/10, except for the food and restaurant.

This is my fourth time here, far from Surabaya. I suggest that during high season, especially weekends, the waterpark should not be mixed with outside guests. There will be a fight for floats and gazebos. There are also many people smoking in the waterpark area, and many people swimming in non-swimming suits. The room towels and pillows are starting to need upgrading, and the cleanliness and supervision at the waterpark need to be improved.
