It's been a long time since I've been here, and I just stayed here again this month. The service hasn't changed, it's still great. The villa and other facilities are well maintained and clean, and all the staff are very friendly 👍

accidentally broke a mug, charged too much 100 thousand / mug, even though from the beginning of the entry there was no information on how many glasses, plates and spoons there were, no information if broken items etc. were charged, but I was honest when my child accidentally broke a glass, I was immediately told there would be a fee and was immediately given a nominal 100 without negotiating etc. and was not given a receipt for broken items, previously we were asked to meet with the manager because of the mug and we waited but he didn't come, we asked where the manager was, the information was the manager was off, when I left a gold item, I called the hotel for a long time and they said they were still looking for it, when we returned to the hotel it turned out the manager was there, he served the return of my left item and apologized for the mug, wifi error etc. we didn't complain .. for the next time to be more aware of providing clear information before something happens ..

This is my third visit. My family is happy to stay here. Hopefully, we can spend the New Year in Jambuluwuk in December, amen.

I happened to get a room with a kitchen, but the smell of the kitchen made me lose my appetite. There was also no mat in the bathroom, and breakfast wasn't very comprehensive. There were activities inside the hotel, but many were closed, probably because it was a weekday rather than a weekend.

Those looking for solitude here are in the perfect place, although the night is a bit creepy but the atmosphere in the morning is good. A bit disappointed that the hotel was blocked.

Very disappointing experience, not in accordance with 4 star service. The expectation of this resort is very good and quiet, unfortunately there was a gathering event with 2 different companies. Where karaoke until 22:30, after being confirmed with the FO supervisor that the Jambuluwuk regulation is until 23:00. The function room here is an open type, so the karaoke sound is very loud into the room, not a calm atmosphere. But what happened was that we couldn't sleep because it was so noisy. The hotel staff on duty & security couldn't do anything. I wonder what kind of regulation allows karaoke in a resort that should be quiet until 23:00 at night. The bed sheets in the room we stayed in weren't changed and smelled really bad from the previous guest. The room was also ordinary, it didn't feel like a good resort, the toilet was the same. It even felt like a budget hotel. The mattress also felt flat. It should be renovated. The swimming pool in front of the room we stayed in was also not very safe for children. Starting from the sharp aluminum ladder section at the bottom, my thigh and my child were scratched and fortunately not torn. The water suction hole of the pool is at the top, parallel to the water outlet hole from the pump filter and only given a PVC pipe without a net. As a result, it is very dangerous to be sucked and cannot be released. Fortunately, my child and I were still able to get away when they were stuck and sucked by the pump. The floor also feels a bit sharp, even some ceramics have come loose. The children's playground and outdoor activities look unkempt, as does one of the fairly large fish ponds. Sorry for writing this as it is, hopefully Jambuluwuk can be better.

The atmosphere is very comfortable for families, It's just a shame that the sports club lights are not bright enough at night, not all of them are on and the hourly price is quite expensive, Usually sports clubs are free because they are included in hotel facilities. The service is very friendly to the employees, the weather is cloudy and cool during the day when I was there. 👌👌👌
