The unit is poorly maintained, there are many cockroaches. Shocking, when I wanted to use a pot to boil water, the pot was used for cooking and hadn't been washed. When I wanted to wash it, there was no soap provided, only a sponge. The toilet was also yellow and moving, very disappointing for the standard of accommodation. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the place and equipment, guests will definitely not be comfortable with conditions like this.

For a very strategic location in the city center, but the cleanliness is very bad, the floor is dirty, the sheets and pillows are dirty, there are lots of stains and smell, when you enter you can smell the smell of rotten fish from food that wasn't thrown away/cleaned and lots of cockroaches

Should have checked in at 2 o'clock, but until 4 o'clock in the afternoon the room had not been cleaned, he said the previous customer had not checked out, finally he was told to wait, he wanted to take the child to rest but couldn't. As a result, I ordered a room for 3 days and didn't actually occupy it, I just put my things in & lay down for a while and then stayed at another accommodation because when I lay down on the bed for a while, it turned out that the pillow smelled of slobber, the sheets had a lot of blood on them, like they hadn't been washed, super disappointed. Go straight out of the room. It's really really bad, money was wasted booking a room like this.

Booked a room for 5 days, actually it's quite good. I just didn't like the condition of the room when we entered, it was a little stuffy and smelled of cockroaches, and it turned out there were lots of cockroaches everywhere, until I thought about joining on the first day, only karma said the family was okay, wes continued, but you had to spray insect killer first every time you wanted to out.

Pemilik unit nya termasuk ramah sih. Tp untuk unit apartement nya sangat tidak rekomendasi. Kamar nya kotor dan berbau aneh. Terutama kamar mandi nya kotor, ada banyak sabun” batangan bekas tidak dibersihkan, handuk nya juga kotor warna nya udah hitam”. Kitchen set bagian bawah ketika dibuka isi nya keset kotor semua. Rak sepatu juga kotor banyak tanah dan tidak bisa digunakan. Untuk yang sensitif dengan kebersihan, lebih baik pilih tempat lain. Sayang lupa foto untuk review karena buru” pindah penginapan, saya dan suami memutuskan untuk cari penginapan lain di hari itu juga.

Awal-awalnya setelah order bayar lunas lewat travellola. Lalu saya telp tapi tidak bisa di WA tidak bisa tapi 2jam kemudian dapet WA dri ghina bahwa bisa masuk sekarang tapi saya sudah keburu pesan kamar lain tapi ternyta boleh ganti tgl dan itu bikin lega dan saya suka kamarnya 0205 jardin kamarnya enak nyaman lengkap besoknya masuk istri saya suka sbb di lantai. 2 ga terlalu tinggi view nya kolam renang suka banget nanti insya Allah mau nginep lagi makasih bu ghina.
