For the room options at the price I booked, it's not really worth it. No wifi, broken door handle (note: I ended up fixing it)
Booked with the option for 2 guests but only got 1 towel and soap.
The only good thing about this place is the accessibility and hot water
Hopefully the quality can be improved in the future

The worst hotel I’ve ever been. Stayed because there were no other hotels available, the unit seemed neglected. Smelly and full of cockroaches.

Initially I complained because the unit (Tower B) that was given was dirty, dark and hot. After I complained, I was moved to a much better unit (Tower A). Hopefully next time I don't need to complain first to get a decent unit. Thank you, Rumahku, for being cooperative in providing solutions.

Kamar apartemen yang disewakan tidak sesuai dengan foto. Di foto kelihatan bersih dan bagus. Pas masuk, langsung kaget dan shock. Ruangan hanya di semprot pewangi ruangan, lantai kotor, air minum tidak ada, cuma ada dispenser nya aja. Kamar nya bau sekali. Bantal, selimut, semua seprei nya kuning-kuning dan bau badan orang lain. Ini fix tidak diganti. Sampai bantal dan selimut nya bau banget. Ruangan full bau rokok. Remot ac ga berfungsi. Keset kotor dan bau. Bener-bener tidak layak sih dengan harga tersebut. Dan akhirnya tidur di mobil. Jadi sia2 sewa apartemen juga. Hanya numpang mandi aja disitu. Bener-bener kapok. Seharusnya bisnis yang jujur, jangan pasang gambar yang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang dijual. Karena benar-benar berbeda sekali ya. Serasa ditipu walaupun harga nya murah sih. Wifi juga tidak ada ya. Sampai beli stella sendiri juga tidak membantu sangking bau nya.

Sebenarnya staffnya sangat membantu dan responsif, tapi kondisi kamar tidak sesuai ekspektasi. Kamar untuk 4 orang tapi handuk hanya 1, toiletries hanya 2 sikat gigi, 1 sabun batang kecil dan 1 pasta gigi, air panas hanya sedikit, abis itu tidak panas-panas lagi, sempat mati listrik sekitar 10 menit (kamar saya doang), tidak ada panci untuk rebus mie, walaupun setelah minta sih langsung dibawain pancinya, tv dan youtube agak buffering, tidak disediakan sabun cuci piring, stop kontak hanya 1 yang kosong, sisanya harus cabut dispenser dan fan di kamar. Balkon kotor, susah buat merokok karena tidak ada kursi.

Very disappointed when I wanted to check in, first I was given a room like a ghost room, the AC didn't work, the sheets weren't replaced, the room looked like it wasn't being used, when I first wanted to occupy it the flush didn't work, the room was very dirty and the AC was cold, finally I made a request to change the room, and Luckily Jarrdin was willing to replace it even though I had to go back and forth by taking the elevator from tower 1 to another tower, in the future we will think again about returning here.

Second time staying here, but I didn't like the second room, I ordered it for 2 people, but they were given a single bed, so it was narrow, I was given an extra bed, the mattress was really thin, more like a floor mattress, where the pillows were already thin so it felt like I wasn't using a pillow , a kitchen is provided but there is no gas, very different from the previous room, everything is complete even though it is more expensive than the one I ordered now.
