Stayed in a family room for 3 nights. 2 large beds, 2 toilets, 2 TVs, 2 storage spaces, breakfast for 4 people, complete toiletries, spacious room, great service, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, close to everything. Most importantly for me, I couldn't see dirty clothes. The hotel helped with express laundry. There's also a shoe cleaning service near the hotel, called "washaway," because after the Bromo trip, it was so cool. Everything is available here. Sukses Java Boutique Hotel

The room is clean, the room key uses a tap card, the service is friendly and fast, there is an elevator too if you bring a lot of stuff you won't get tired climbing the stairs, the downside is there are no tissues in the room, only in the bathroom, I didn't have time to have breakfast at the hotel, there is car parking but it's a bit difficult because you have to go in really fast but there are people who direct you, I won't regret staying here, the price is still affordable

I stayed in a Superior Room for 3 days, taking 2 rooms, 309 and 310. The room was quite okay for the price, although the bathroom was small but it was really good... only one thing was missing... the hot water was off on the second and third days... oh my, I took a cold shower, I told the staff and honestly they were very quick to help, unfortunately the technician was out of town, our address was still cold showers, only on the second night, the hotel provided hot water in a bucket... so we took a shower using a dipper, haha never mind, I appreciate the staff's efforts... it's just that on the third day I couldn't ask for hot water again, it didn't feel right... so cold water was the solution... Breakfast for 3 days was okay... the menu changed to the buffet... the menu was quite complete considering the cheap price of the hotel, it was cool... The staff were all friendly... the front security guard was also quick to direct parking considering the limited parking space, but for 3 days there were no parking problems... great... Next time I go to Malang, I will definitely come back, hopefully when the hot water is back on, haha thx

I chose the wrong date because the train arrived in the morning. Luckily, rescheduling at this hotel was easy, manually, directly at the hotel. It wasn't high season yet, and it was still early December, so there were no additional costs, and the room was still available. I'm a regular here because the breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly. Thank you Java Boutique Hotel for the rescheduling.

I didn't expect to have such comfort and service from this hotel. Nice and helpful staff. I was allowed to have a doubled room when accidently chose a twin bed room in the app. The food variety may not be that many but the taste is just right, not too much additional seasoning. They taste healthy. The only drawback is the area for parking; it's very limited. But i should not complain as the security was helpful to find solution. I will chose this hotel again if ever traveling to Malang again.

I mistakenly booked a budget room with an outside bathroom. Luckily, I was easily upgraded to another room type directly at reception, allowing me to get a deluxe room with an en suite bathroom. Complete amenities, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a great location in the city center, close to everything in Malang.

Overall it was good, they have a hot water shower which was great for such weather in Malang, especially in raining season, but its unfortunate for the wifi signal, I got the room right at the corner (room number 101) and it had a poor wifi signal, I hope it could be upgrade in the future

+ The room is quite large and clean. + There's no damp or moldy odor. + There are no leaks. + The room amenities are quite complete, and it's rare for hotels to provide combs. - The bathroom is too small. - There's a large glass divider between the room and the bathroom, but the sealant is peeling, making it uncomfortable. (I recommend replacing it with a wall.) - The road was blocked on the first kilometer (this was immediately addressed.) - Parking is inadequate.
