The condition is quite good and clean, the owner is also friendly, it's just that the location is on the outskirts of the city so that transportation is constrained at night, because rarely taxing (online or offline) is willing, that's all, others, it's really okay.

For backpackers it's still not bad, there is no hot water for bathing, no towels are prepared so bring or buy your own, plus the value of the room is big and clean, can make tea or coffee as much as you can because the dispenser is prepared ..
