Friendly service, a very homey and comfortable atmosphere, a spacious courtyard with plenty of seating and relaxing spots. There's a clean mini swimming pool.
The staff is friendly. Check in late at night and request extra mats and towels, which are delivered to your room.
Breakfast is available in each room and delivered to your room. It's a great breakfast without having to leave the homestay.

Awesome. The most recommended accommodation in Maguwo area. Very, very satisfying. Stayed there for 3 nights, initially I was hesitant, but after seeing the reviews and coming to the place myself, it was really woww. It's really cool. All the facilities are okay and the staff are friendly. Especially the cleanliness, don't ask, TOP. Continued success Kamulyan.

The rooms are sparkling clean and well maintained, equipped with modern amenities including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and hot shower. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s.

You know what? This is the best accommodation!! Highly recommended. Comfortable, feels like home until you don't want to go home. Cheap price, good facilities, there is a garden and swimming pool. The room is also very comfortable but poor guy who works alone, he goes back and forth receiving guests and cleaning up hihiii The owner's mother is also very friendly, (Ma'am, thank you for providing a comfortable place like a home) I recommend this place to friends who want to travel to Yogyakarta ❤️

Everything was GREAT, except the staff, that phonatic guy, android crack-head. it was hard to find him at the time of check in and out. when we finally found him he was still too busy with his phone. Not even looked at us. He didnt seem to care about the house guests and didnt do his job very well. I bet he is one of the luckiest person in Paingan, DIY. Stay in that BEAUTIFUL house. Enjoy the facilities without really doing anyting and without spending any pennies. Uripmu penak mas!!!

"hidden gem!" best hotel, the vibes are very homey, really really like the interior and exterior! very jogja! got the price of 1,750,000, at first I didn't expect anything because of the price, but wow it's that good, so I got the idea that I want to make a house as beautiful as this so that when a big family comes it can be as comfortable as this. there is wi-fi, got 2 clean and thick towels! the room? very clean, smells of tea too, the sheets and mattress and the room. the downside, the room is a bit narrow so you can't put your suitcase at all. there is a security guard/receptionist who is there 24/7. the downside, the car park is in the yard so it's like coming to grandma's house during Eid, loaded in the yard. from the front it looks like a house and inside is a villa. really love it! will visit again soon if I go to jogja again, (please don't increase the price...)

"hidden gem!" best hotel, the vibes are very homey, really really like the interior and exterior! very jogja! got the price of 1,750,000, at first I didn't expect anything because of the price, but wow it's that good, so I got the idea that I want to make a house as beautiful as this so that when a big family comes it can be as comfortable as this. there is wi-fi, got 2 clean and thick towels! the room? very clean, smells of tea too, the sheets and mattress and the room. the downside, the room is a bit narrow so you can't put your suitcase at all. there is a security guard/receptionist who is there 24/7. the downside, the car park is in the yard so it's like coming to grandma's house during Eid, loaded in the yard. from the front it looks like a house and inside is a villa. really love it! will visit again soon if I go to jogja again, (please don't increase the price...)
