Had the most pleasant stay here! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely designed and very cozy. It has a big semi outdoor dining/ lounge area with a pool view. My family and I stayed at the two bedroom suite. The room was big, has open dining and living area with private outdoor pool. Both bedrooms are equipped with private bathroom inside. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at while in Seminyak. Highly recommended!

We LOVED our stay at Kayumas. The food was excellent and the staff are fantastic. The room and service were everything we needed and we could not recommend it more highly.
It’s only a short walk to restaurants and the beach but we would have been happy just to hang out by the pool all day. We will be back!

The room configurations made us somehow close phobic as the space is narrow.
The cool air from the aircondition unit does not reach to the sleeping bed, but too cold on beyound the bed.
The water pressures on toilet bowl were so week therefore have to flush numerous times after using it.
Very limited selections on the resort restayrant and need to better train their service staff, though they are friendly they took our orders incorrectly a ciuple if occasions and provide incorrect informations over their menu.

This was an amazing resort. The employees go above and beyond for you. They remember your name and are always welcoming. We had a two bedroom two bath which was a lot of space. Appreciated the filtered water machine in the room and the coffee pods for the nespresso machine. Although the lattes at breakfast were the best on the trip. Speaking of breakfast, there were a lot of options and all very good. The guava juice was a group favorite. The plunge pool outside our room was refreshing, although some planters are due to be replaced since they are breaking. The pool can easily run out of loungers on a busy day. We did the floating breakfast which was a fun experience. All and all I would definitely stay at Kayumas again. It was down a quieter street so you didn’t get the noise from the street and they even have a golf cart to shuttle you around the area.

I cannot say enough god things about this exceptional place in Bali. The food is great and the staff continually go out of their way to ensure your stay is exceptional. The villas are gorgeous, we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which had ample room and comfort. Having your own pool was a great way to relax but also gave you options if you wanted to lounge by the pool in the foyer. Also the beds are soooo comfortable!!!!

Great hotel but let down by service. Everything from checkin to checkout was painful. Staff couldn't help with arranging transport, couldn't provide change when needed and were just looking at each other to assist when any question was asked. Its a shame given how wonderful the place is. Staff really need to up their game or lose customers to other competing hotels nearby.
