The newly built villa is tucked away in an alley; large cars can enter but require a driver. The building is quite nice and modern, with a living room on each floor and a kitchen. - The ground floor rooms have no view; the windows face a wall and a water pipe. - There is a smart TV, but it has no internet connection; it only supports online viewing (YT, Netflix, etc.). - There is no wardrobe or clothes hanger in the room. - The garage is large but not very functional because cars cannot enter; it can only accommodate motorcycles.

The two upstairs bedrooms have a view, but it's also slightly obstructed by surrounding buildings. - No wardrobe or clothes hangers in the bedrooms - Pillows are too thin and uncomfortable - Large garage, but not very functional because cars can't fit in; only motorcycles can fit in - Kitchen, fully equipped with cooking utensils - Prayer room on the second floor
