It was a very comfortable stay for my kids and me. The atmosphere is different from other hotels. I really appreciate the hotel management for their attention to detail in their amenities, and their excellent and friendly service. All the bath soaps and other items are from the Sensatia Botanical brand, making you feel like you're in Bali, which makes it even more comfortable. The room is very clean, and the AC is super cold. The food is delicious. I booked a queen room with breakfast yesterday, and it was totally worth it. Continued success, Hotel Kosenda 🙏🏻

Genuinely loveliest hotel in Jakarta, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places. I love the room scent, body lotion, and conditioner (all Sensatia Botanica!). The food was great, entertainment selection spot on. I like that you can just chill in the lobby/restaurant and read the book selection in their mini library. The food from the restaurant is great as well. It’s best to have dinner/lunch there; the chef is very good.
