Clean room, recommended, unfortunately only 1 power outlet works, the other one is broken

The location is very close to Pakuwon Mall, easy access everywhere, and there are many vendors near the hotel since it's also a campus area. However, there may be a few things that need to be improved. 1. Not all electrical outlets work. 2. The AC, even though there's a sign posted on how to make the AC cool, still doesn't cool. I stayed in room 208, by the way. 3. The bathroom water heater doesn't work at all, or if there's no hot water, I don't know. 4. When it rains, access to the room is a bit tricky because it rains from the lobby reception. 5. It's quite noisy, sounds from outside and other rooms can be clearly heard. 6. The cleanliness and sanitary ware in the bathroom may need more attention and replacement. But overall, for a hotel priced around 200,000 Rupiah, I wouldn't expect much more. These are just suggestions. Note: Maybe the receptionist shouldn't always hide in the next room, because if you need someone, you have to call first.

The location is easy to find food, but the toilets are not very clean, especially the closets, the corners of the room are dusty and it seems like they are rarely swept.

I got a fairly spacious room. The room and bathroom were very clean. However, the bathroom I stayed in lacked toilet paper and clothes hangers. I suggest the hotel provide these.

When I got the first room, the AC was not cold and the bathroom door was dirty, I finally complained to move rooms because it was not cold and the room was upgraded, thank you. The maintenance of the hotel should be improved so that those who have stayed there will want to come back.

The parking lot doesn't have a roof, so during the rainy season the motorbike will get wet, each room will be even better if a refrigerator is added.

The place is super comfortable and the price is affordable. I think if I go to Jogja I will stay here again.
