The hotel was great and the location was perfect! Near Pepito, Kuta Beach, Beachwalk, we could just spend the time to walk around the hotel and lots of things to see. The pool was good and empty, so we could enjoy the pool like we were the only guest! And the breakfast was good as well.

We extended our room via Traveloka, updated the key, went for a walk, and then the room was sold to someone else, and our belongings were taken out and left in the library without any notice. The voucher was clearly entered and was for 2 days, July 31st - August 2nd. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?! I don't recommend it! There was no compensation whatsoever.

I booked two rooms for my family and parents, and the booking was perfect because I requested connecting rooms. It was a really enjoyable stay and perfect for bringing the family. It's close to the beach, just a 3-5 minute walk, and it's also a short walk to the minimarket. It's easy to find food around the hotel at night, and the laundry is also nearby. The view from the pool is really cool. I'll stay here again next time☺️

We extended our room via Traveloka, updated the key, went for a walk, and then the room was sold to someone else, and our belongings were taken out and left in the library without any notice. The voucher was clearly entered and was for 2 days, July 31st - August 2nd. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?! I don't recommend it! There was no compensation whatsoever.

I booked two rooms for my family and parents, and the booking was perfect because I requested connecting rooms. It was a really enjoyable stay and perfect for bringing the family. It's close to the beach, just a 3-5 minute walk, and it's also a short walk to the minimarket. It's easy to find food around the hotel at night, and the laundry is also nearby. The view from the pool is really cool. I'll stay here again next time☺️
