This hotel's location is indeed very strategic, right in front of Kuta Beach. The staff is also friendly, and the swimming pool and dining area have a beach view. The cleanliness is also quite good, and we were impressed by how the cleaning staff neatly arranged the towels and stuffed toys the kids brought.
However, the room did feel stuffy, and our room was far from the front office, down a long, winding hallway. Breakfast was also mediocre, but the staff were very friendly.
Most disappointingly, when we were about to leave, our car tire went completely flat. There were nails stuck in the basement parking lot. We called a tire repair service (via Google), but strangely, no leak was found. We checked the nitrogen outlet at the gas station, and there was no leak. The cause of the flat tire remains a big question. But the bottom line is that parking security is very poor.

I used to stay here often because it was relatively close to Kuta Beach. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. But now, the breakfast is limited and the taste is not very good.
The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is now very concerning.
Please pay attention to the staff service.
When I asked for room cleaning, it took a very long time, and the staff wouldn't help, instead telling me to go back and report to the front desk.

Strategic location facing Kuta Beach, the staff is not very friendly, the breakfast food is not very varied, the cleanliness of the room blanket should be checked again, there are still stains even though I have asked for a change or maybe it is time to change a new one.
