on the level 4 i order a food after more then one hours they come to me said we have some issues with the system I don't know what system they were talking about and being asked me do want wait another 20 minutes to prepare your food.... I wasn't happy I just cancelled.

When I checked out, I forgot my necklace. I contacted the hotel to confirm it, and the necklace chain was there, but the pendant wasn't. I was disappointed with the service.

The hotel is very close to Kuta beach, just cross the road...you can play on the beach easily and comfortably....the hotel staff are friendly...the hotel is close to everywhere to find food or rent vehicles...there are many activities that can be done on Kuta beach...learn to surf...braid your hair...and the beach is safe enough for children to swim...the swimming pool is on the rooftop with a view of the beach...only the room is on the ground floor...but it is still clean and fragrant
