Friendly staff, nice place, okay cleanliness

Staying here was quite memorable, the staff was friendly, the villa facilities were good, especially the jacuzzi. For breakfast, I chose the simple but delicious nasi uduk & nasi kuning menu. Access to the villa was approximately 15 minutes from the main road. Next, I want to try it with my extended family in another unit.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the villa is wonderful, very clean, the jacuzzi is very relaxing, and the views are amazing.

The staff are all friendly, the food is delicious even though there isn't much choice, the place is comfortable and the view is beautiful. I brought my kids, and they loved staying at Lamerica Villas in the Ulin type. I definitely want to stay here again someday.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete tableware (spoon, fork, plate, bowl), refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser, as well as complimentary snacks. Mosquito repellent was even provided. The jacuzzi was heated 24/7, and there was a clothes drying rack. The closet was located in the bathroom, making it easy to access clothes and makeup. The food was delicious. Overall, the condition of the room, equipment, facilities, and food was satisfying. The downside was the service. When I first arrived at the villa, the gate was closed and there was no staff on site. I chatted and called the admin to say I had arrived at the front gate, but there was no response. Then, the next morning, a chat request to lower the jacuzzi temperature was very slow (a reply took two hours). Hopefully, they'll be able to respond more quickly in the future, especially considering there's no phone in the room.

Enjoyed the staycation here, there was a problem when we arrived at Lamerica, our car tire was flat (maybe it hit a nail on the road), but the staff from Lamerica (forgot to ask the name of the man - he said he was the right hand man of the owner) really helped me a lot.. he looked for a jack, he took off my tire and took it to a tire repair shop, while from Lamerica to a tire repair shop it was very far. But he sincerely helped and didn't want to accept any money as a token of gratitude from me.. this man is very kind... I pray that he will always be healthy and his fortune will always be added by God.. and for the other staff, they are also very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and spacious, only I think the jacuzzi water is not very clean.. so I don't want to soak in the jacuzzi... but overall the room is comfortable, the air is also cool here.. and for breakfast maybe other variants can be added such as sandwiches / toast or porridge.. because the ala carte breakfast options are all heavy foods (rice uduk, yellow rice, soto and lontong curry). Will come back again sometime with the big Mamti family to stay here again 👍🏻

Very comfortable, the tropical atmosphere is really cool, the service is good and the area is anti-traffic jam, next time I will rent here again and I will recommend it to my friends too

This villa is very suitable for a staycation with family, clean rooms, the best service, delicious food and a view that can really relax your brain and mind. Yesterday I only stayed here for 1 night. Next time, God willing, I will come back here again.

Amazing stay, overall satisfied, the location and view are really good, it's just that the outside maybe needs to be fenced to make it safer for children because there is only a rope, which is a bit scary for small children who run around.

The staff is friendly, the service is good and fast, only the location is up and up while the road is small, where yesterday there was a community event so the road had to go around again and go up and then plus the public transportation parked on the corner too. minus the full body glass in the room. but when I saw the villa was nice, my annoyance with the road was paid off 😁
