A clean and comfortable hotel, located close to Gudeg Sagan which is a favorite when my family and I visit Yogyakarta, the room is spacious and the AC is cold, the hot water works, there is a refrigerator and water heater, the staff from security to the receptionist are all helpful, in short, top notch.

The hotel staff was nice. When checking out, I left my phone charger behind and found it. It's in the middle of town, behind Galeria Mall, just a 5-minute walk to the mall. The cool thing is, I want to try the restaurant for the kids, the fish pond for the kids. Happy.

-On October 30th, when we checked in, we asked for a welcome drink, as stated on Traveloka, but the receptionist said they couldn't provide it because the time limit had expired. The staff said they would provide it the next day. The second day, we asked for it in the afternoon, and the staff said they couldn't provide it. I showed them the hotel voucher we'd purchased on Traveloka, which included a welcome drink, and then they gave it to us. It's truly unfortunate that with this new management, H. Boutique Hotel's service has deteriorated. - On the second day, we left the hotel at around 7 a.m. and informed the receptionist that the room needed to be cleaned, but when we returned at around 1 p.m., our room hadn't been cleaned. Oh yes, this isn't our first time staying here, so we knew this hotel from the start. That concludes my review. Thank you.

I'm really happy to be able to stay here for 3 nights hihihi, the location is in the middle of the city, it's not far from Tugu, there are food stalls on the left and right in front, and the mall is close to Gudeg too, but the most recommended parking is below the garbage dump, if you can get around the smell, it might be better to deal with it, overall thank you ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were very friendly and communicative during check-in and check-out. The staff were also helpful with room service. The room was spacious and nice. There was free drinking water too. The room had a TV, but the channels and signal were difficult. The bathroom could be improved in terms of towel cleanliness. Thank you, I was very happy and comfortable staying at Lamora Sagan.

A comfortable place, close to the city market. The place is clean, the hotel staff is friendly. In my opinion, the food yesterday was a bit bland. The bathroom doesn't have a hose or handheld shower, so it's quite difficult to clean the bottom. Thank you.
