Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

They have renovate the place, the room is not too big but clean and comfy....its located strategically in the heart of the city near the blambangan park and sritanjung park. overall we are satisfied with our stay here.

If you visit Banyuwangi, you must stay at the Eston Hotel. The calm atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly service are a plus. The hotel owner is also very cooperative in helping me when I left my ID card behind and promptly sent it to my address.

Very pleasant and easily accessible. Breakfast is available at 7 am delivered to the room with a home menu. Rooms are air-conditioned and have a fan. There is a shared kitchen so you can make coffee, tea and boiled noodles. The owner is very friendly and friendly with guests. Chekout at 5am we also made breakfast which was neatly packed on the train. There are motorbike and car rental facilities with drivers at affordable prices.

Checked in early. The staff were really kind and listening. The place is really clean. Would definitely recommend this place for people who are staying in Banyuwangi for quite a long term. They have hot water, all shower amenities, free mineral water, I was served tea every morning. Slept well, thick blankets, cool AC, they also have body pillows which I also really love. Overall the stay has been wonderful. Would definitely stay here on my next business trip to Banyuwangi. Thanks!
