My stay at Unforgettable Nights next to Ascott Sudirman was truly memorable. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful city-light view that made the nights feel special. The location next to Ascott Sudirman Jakarta is also perfect for exploring Jakarta’s business and lifestyle district. What impressed me the most was the hospitality the host was responsive, friendly, and attentive throughout the stay. The apartment came with complete amenities including fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, kitchen utensils, gym access, swimming pool, and mini market access, giving a real 5-star living experience. The atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and perfect for both short escapes and longer stays. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel at home while still enjoying luxury-level comfort. Definitely one of the best staycation experiences in Sudirman, and I would gladly come back again.

Rooms: The room is clean, the bed is neat, the bathroom is odorless and not slippery. 👍 Service: The hotel receptionist is friendly, the check-in/check-out process is easy and fast, there is a 100 thousand deposit when checking in and returned when I check out, the hotel staff are also friendly and helpful. 👍 Location: In my opinion, the location is good because the position of this hotel is not on a busy main road and also the room building is a little bit inside from the main road so there is no noise from vehicles and makes me sleep comfortably 👍. Breakfast: The taste of breakfast at this hotel in my opinion is delicious, it suits my taste and the breakfast menu provided is quite varied, there are heavy foods such as rice, noodles, sausages, bread and others 👍. Overall I am satisfied staying at this hotel 😊👍.

The experience of staying the first day at this hotel was really beyond my expectations, because I arrived at 12.45 of course I still couldn't check in, but I went to the receptionist to leave my luggage as well as my ID card data and deposit money, after that I stayed active until 20.35 back to the hotel my room is ready even my luggage is neatly arranged in the room, really excellent service, regarding hotel facilities its usualy normal everything is according to what is listed on the accommodation list honestly I have never been disappointed with the hotel feedback that always spoils its guests, even communication also went well in every cleaning room activity, smile, and gretting.
