The hotel staff immediately greeted the arrival and helped with the check-in process, and explained the procedure clearly.
I was also helped to carry my things to the front of the room and the door was opened. Every question was answered well by the staff.
The room looked neat and clean, spacious enough to stay alone, comfortable atmosphere not noisy, mineral water and towels were provided. The AC worked well, cold and hot showers were available. When returning home, the check-out process was not long, the deposit was returned. There are books and a reading corner in the lobby.
A plus: Indomaret, food and breakfast stalls, ATMs next to the hotel. Strategic location.

This hotel offers a budget-friendly price, but we had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spacious, clean, and had hot water available at all times with a powerful shower. There was a lounge area in front of the room for sitting or receiving guests. The staff were very friendly; I found everything to be excellent. Hopefully, we'll be able to return again sometime.
