Highly recommended for families with small children. The rooms are clean, the pool offers float rentals, the breakfast menu is extensive, and there are plenty of snacks for the kids. There are also play areas for the kids. I never get bored staying here, and I've been here twice.

Everything was very good, starting from luggage service, room, reception service and until the end of the stay, breakfast was very varied and more than enough, very informative for communication, hopefully next time we can stay again at Hotel Merapi Merbabu, thank you.

We booked a total of 4 rooms (3 Deluxe Twin Rooms and 1 Deluxe Double Room), and our stay at Grand Altuz Yogyakarta was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish, especially since we arrived during the high season two days before Eid. Prior to arrival, we were well-received for our requests for adjacent rooms and an extra bed. Considering the hotel was quite busy at the time, we were very appreciative that everything was ready at check-in, ensuring a smooth process. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were friendly and communicative. One of the staff, Ardian, assisted us from the beginning, patiently and clearly providing information and updates regarding our requests. There was also a small surprise, a complimentary slice of cake, in the evening, which made our stay even more warm and memorable. Overall, the hotel's coordination and service went well, even during the peak season. It's suitable for those traveling with family or groups, as requests are handled quite neatly. Thank you.

The room was quite nice, equipped with amenities and Netflix. The best part was the view from the 9th floor, can enjoy the beautiful city lights at night

I ordered a family room. The room design is nice, multi-level, there is a dining table complete with plates, bowls, spoons, and a pantry. The room is spacious with 3 beds. My child really likes it.
