This is first time I stayed at Pramana Zahill Kintamani with my all family. It was exactly the same with my expectations based on the reviews and pictures on the apps. The room is new clean, big size & comfortable, the amazing swimming pool with hot water was very cleaned and quite big as well. Great dinner with live music and a very memorable night mountain atmosphere, also the breakfast is perfect lots of choice and very tasty. The staff are really friendly and helpful us a lot. Their service is very excellent and so polite with the guests. Will come back to when I visited Kinatamani next time and really recommended this Hotel. Best place for family or couple to stay.

Hotel yang sangat strategis kalau menginap di sekitar Danau Batur. Kamar dan lingkungan bersih dan asri. Harga terjangkau. Pemilik dan karyawan mengutamakan kejujuran. Saya ketinggalan barang dan menanyakan lewat telepon, dijawab benar ada yang tertinggal dan keesokan harinya dikirim ke alamat rumah saya.
