It was absolutely amazing, so clean, and there wasn't even a hint of odor. The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. The bed and room were spotlessly clean, and they looked well-maintained. Hopefully, the room maintenance will be more consistent.

It was a delightful experience, staying overnight with the family for Eid. The mall right next door had everything the family needed for a get-together. It was a pleasant location. It felt great to have Mom with us.

Staying family is fun, feels like at home, clean and complete until there are all kitchen utensils, children can swim. Check-in was easy, the day before was confirmed at check-in.

The service is friendly, the location is nice, and the food is delicious. I have no regrets staying here. This is my second time here.

Overall ok.... will be an option if you staycation in Bekasi. Apparently the swimming pool has changed 😊thank you Hotel Santika and Traveloka
