Low budget, minimalist, simple and worth it.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are clean and have a variety of breakfast. The service are good. Also, the staff are friendly and polite. A lot of restaurants nearby this hotel. Never regret staying here.

Good and nice people, good experience, so happy

It was an awesome experience. I made a reservation for their iftar buffet and it was perfect: good offer for affordable price. I also booked for their room and it was perfect. Old-luxury interior and facilities, glass bottled mineral water, branded shampoo and bath gel, and nice view.

Had a great stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. The General Manager of this hotel sure have gems working under his wings. The hospitality shown from the Front Office (Mr Hero and all his colleagues) to the Concierge (Mr Sudiro and colleagues), Restaurant Manager and his staff is welcoming and made my stay like home. My triplet really do enjoy their stay and the kind, courteous and friendly staffs made their experience worthwhile. Will definitely came back to this hotel when my family visit Jakarta again. Stay there for 8 Days from (23/2 to 3/3). Wish I could extend my stay.

Good place and room very big, thanks

The location was just perfect, a few minutes away walking from Monas and the Old Town, really well connected to local transport and easily accessible by cabs and GoCars, with shopping malls and trade centers around the structure. The swimming pool was very nice and despite not having exactly the room we requested, we were upgraded as soon as we did the check-in to a suite instead, which was an unexpected positive twist to our visit. That's one place we will definitely get back to when visiting Jakarta again.
