During my stay, I felt comfortable and the professional staff made my stay more meaningful. The hotel environment, from the room to the hotel, was clean and well maintained. The hotel's food and drinks were also varied, for example, if you feel like buying street food in the area around the hotel, there is also something available (just walk), cool.

The accommodation is actually ok not that special, but the people, has made the stay excellent. Start from the security, receptionist, porter, waiters were nice, kind and polite, made me and my family feeling at home. Definitely will Come back for next visit. The receptionist staff are so kind, the room and facilities are good and complete as in the description, at first I think I didn't find a refrigerator in the room but later I found out it inside a shelf in a purpose to lock the sound inside, it did well, I can't hear the refrigerator vibrating sound when I close the shelf..

The Staff were the best among the similar hotel in Semarang! The facility was just perfect! The one thing that the management should really put it in consideration is the lift. It just has 1 lift, additional 1 lift would be great.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many times.. no regret at all, cause this is one of the best option I get. Great hotel with cheap price, near to Simpang Lima and CitraLand Mall. Clean room, AC and water heater all great. Just the parking is small so I had to move my car outside the hotel. Overall great. Thank you Citrip! Would love to come back soon.
