We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 4 days during my family trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The location is very good. Near many restaurants and a mall. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come here next time.

I've been late to check in and they gave me a free upgrade to apartment type room which is much better than the room I've booked. The location is good, the room is clean, and it's very recommended to revisit for a business trip or just a holiday. Love it!!!
