Very near to toll road. Suitable for transit when on road trip with surabaya as transit city. fast check in service and fast check out. Below have coffee shop and fast food, quite convenient.

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!

Nice, clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast a good variety. Rooms spacious and great view. Shopping malls nearby and many restaurants.

The room is amazing! The living room is huge. Family friendly. All rooms have kitchen. Only cons is that the hotel do not provide iron and iron board to use. They only do pressing service 3 pieces for Rp40,000.

All staff really know how it work, excellent services. Comfy and hommy hotel. KFC just next to the hotel and Indomaret just walking distance. Good location.

The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Shoutout to staff Kak Rizky from FnB department, very helpful and so nice at the same time.
