The hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful during check in. The problem of wrong date was helped until it was resolved, the aesthetic atmosphere of the room feels like being in grandma's house, clean, fragrant, so I added another night here even though I only intended to stay overnight because I wanted to continue my tour to another area.

The room is clean. The warm water is good. Cold air conditioner. Friendly staff. The breakfast menu is the same every day: toast, fried rice / fried rice noodles, rice cake, seral, tea and coffee plus cut fruit. The location is a bit far from everywhere except the pier to take a boat to Mentawai.

I regularly stay here whenever I have business in Padang. Overall, everything is great. The price is affordable, the facilities are complete and comfortable, and it's close to the city center. It's also perfect for a large family, as the rooms are very family-friendly. Most importantly, there's 24-hour security guarding the spacious parking lot.
