Had a pleasant stay here for 5 days, very recommended for a solo traveler. All the staffs are very kind, friendly, and most importantly have a quick respond for any given requests/complaints. The hospitality was very good, the hotel staff quick respond to our inquiry and request, The ambience was good, The facility (foot spa, vvip pool, foodcourt, etc) even-though located in others area its still reachable in just a minute.. How ever the food taste was average, I would recommend stay at this hotel for such an exiting experience.. stay at glamour camp, bbq at the night, natural hot spring bath, etc... you need to get this excitement at least once in your life time.. Definitely I will back again with my family..

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Teras Lembang Syariah. Its strategic location, close to various tourist attractions in Lembang, yet the atmosphere remains calm and comfortable.
The room was very clean, the interior simple but neat, and the amenities quite complete for the affordable price. The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued.
The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the cool air typical of Lembang is perfect for a relaxing family getaway.
