Very accommodating staff. We request for an omelette one breakfast and they prepared for us. The fresh juice in the morning is so great. Our room is being cleaned everyday. I greatly recommend. 👍💯

Had a wonderful two night stay here. All were functioning properly. I love the swimming pool and the freezer facility as well. I could put my pempek & bakso sony there. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. They sprayed coffee scented air freshener once I told them the room smelled like cigarettes. The wifi was working great! The TV as well! I love how it situated close to the minimarkets and restaurants. The room was ideal for 1-2 persons. The bathroom and bedroom is relaxing. The room was designed to be in dim light, the only bright lamp was the desk one. Might need some time to adjust. Oh, the city view was also a dream! I've been missing of seeing this scenery. Definitely a great experience of staycation. Bravo, Whiz Prime Lampung! You're doing a great job.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was top-notch. The pempek was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. It was a pleasure staying at the Grand Anugerah, close to everything.

Upon entering my room, I was completely blown away. It felt so clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The soft lighting, soft bed (I had one of the best nights' sleep ever!), and calming decor made me feel instantly at home. All the amenities were in perfect working order, and the attention to detail demonstrated how much this hotel cares about its guests' comfort.

The booking process is fast, the hotel staff is friendly, the bathroom is quite clean, the towels, sheets, and blankets are also clean and fragrant, the location is in the city center, next to the mall, close to various places to eat, don't hesitate to stay here.

It's affordable, super clean, the food is delicious, and most importantly, it's strategically located near the station. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and even food stalls nearby, so you'll never go hungry. After exploring the beach, you can rest for a while at the hotel and head out for a relaxing coffee or even a late dinner.

The room is cozy and clean. The staff is very helpful.
