The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is very good, the place is comfortable, quiet, and the toilet is always dry, of course it is in the city center and the price is cheap.

I highly recommend this hotel for family, business, or any trip. The prices are very affordable, services are good, strategic location, the room is very spacious even though it is a superior room, and all staff are good.

Staying for 2 days at the Azana Boutique Hotel in Bandar Lampung was very memorable. The room was quite spacious, the breakfast was complete and delicious, the view from the balcony was also nice, the staff were friendly, especially Mas Rian who helped during the check-in process. Certainly, if I have another business trip to Lampung, this hotel will be my main choice.

Best staff. Always smiling and willing to help. One of the gentlemen, Dani, made sure my room was perfect at all times. Everything was in top form. I came without a reservation and was still able to get an early check-in and a perfect accommodation. I will be back for sure!
